5 oz. salmon, foil packet, Starkist 4 serving Bread - PepperidgeFarm - Rye - Seeded - 80Cal/1-Slice 4 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 1/4 cups Baby Spinach Organic 3 T. Mexican Crema (Cacique)4 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce) or to taste1 clove Garlic, finely choppedJuice of half a lemon 1/2 tsp Dill weed, dried (or substitute equivalent amt. fresh)1/4 tsp Pepper, black or to tastePinch salt or to taste
Mix sriracha and crema in small bowl. Mix salmon, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Layer sandwich ingredients on rye and drizzle with sriracha crema. Cut sandwich into halves or quarters.
