1 tbsp Curry powder 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 2 clove Garlic 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.50 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 serving 1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder 0.33 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 20 oz Chicken, rotisserie cooked, breast meat, no skin 6 oz Pacific organic Bone Broth, chicken 0.50 tsp Morton Iodized Salt 1 cup Chobani greek yogurt plain whole milk (1cup=227gm)
Heat one tablespoon oil, saute onions, garlic, apple, and pepper until well softened. Sprinkle curry powder and cumin, stir to mix. Add the coconut milk and bone broth. Add the liquid to the pan, stirring until thickened. Add the chicken, and cook until warmed up. Add the yogurt at the end.
