Ingredients
3.0 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw900.0 Grams Mushrooms, fresh2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 cup, sliced Zucchini2.0 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)1.0 tbsp Cilantro, dried3.0 tsp Lowry's Seasoned Salt2.0 tbsp Grape Seed Oil
Directions
Dice all veg, zucchini and carrot on a bias for even cooking. Combine in a large bowl with oil, salt and seasoning. Mix, then add to a grill basket on a hot bbq. Using silicone tongs, stir occasionally until veg gets colour or carrots are fork tender. Serving Size: 10 1/2 cup servings appx.
