Ingredients
16 oz Simple Truth Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef 1.5 cup Mushrooms, cooked 1 small diced onion3 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 1.5 cup Monte Bene Garlic Marinara, 1/2 cup (113g) (by DOLL2THEWALL) 1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil Salt & pepper to taste4 Medium Bell Peppers
Directions
Saute mushrooms, 6 garlic cloves & small diced onion in 1T spn of coconut oil. Mix with the beef & hemp hearts. Fill peppers with mixture & place in pan, Add tomatoes sauce & cook 45 min at 350 degrees.
