Ingredients
2 cup Brussels sprouts, fresh 2 cup zucchini noodles (by RMULLIN59) 2 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, fresh 4 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw 4 oz Carrot matchstix (by SHERRYT85) 10 oz Ground beef, lean 1 tsp Rayu Sesame CHili Pepper Oil (by JAZZDIVA1) 1 tsp Ginger Root 1 serving Ponzu - 1 tbsp (by LOVETOCOOK101)
Directions
Brown Ground beef. Stir fry veggies in the sesame oil and spices. Add ground beef back in and enjoy!
