Ingredients
1 tbsp Cheese - Cream Cheese Philadelphia 1.5 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.3 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
Directions
In a mixing bowl, Mix cream cheese and shredded cheese and melt together. Add 2 eggs and almond flour. Combine well with spoon and then hands. Wet hands and spread on a pan with parchment paper. Lift edges of crust slightly with hands. Poke holes in crust with a fork. Bake at 340 degrees for 10-15 minutes Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
