1 cup, chopped Pecans 1 cup, ground Almonds 4 tbsp sesame seed butter (by LACHSTASIA) 3 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 1 oz Raw cocoa powder (by JAMYAA) 1 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted 3 serving EAS whey protein - 1 scoop=30gr or 23gr of dry powder = protein and 130 calories
Process nuts, butter, oil, cocoa pwdr - stir in protei powder, and med/fine cashew chop. Press into 9x9, can top with dard chips, pressed in, more nut or dried fruit. Expand, and relate the sugar. Feel free to leave out the cocoa.
