1/2 cup almonds, raw 1 cup sunflower seeds - raw 1 1.2 whole flax seeds
Directions
Take all 3 ingredients, add to a blender, blend to desired smoothness or chunky state.

    Nutritionally, I'm not certain. I use the mix for the oils. Oils generally don't do as well heated/baked. Flavor wise I think it would work.
