Cauliflower Tots

1.50 tbsp Butter, salted 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.50 tsp Garlic powder 2 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked 0.50 cup Sargento Chef Blends 6 Cheese Italian .5 cup Bob’s Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)
Steam cauliflower for 7-10 minutes
In a separate bowl mix together all ingredients other than cauliflower.
Remove cauliflower from steamer and shred either by hand or in a processor.
Add to bowl of ingredients, mixing well and then chill for 10 minutes
Preheat oven to 425°
Roll into 1 inch balls using a tablespoon portion of mixture and place on a nonstick baking sheet
Chill for 10 more minutes to allow tots to firm
Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown
Serve warm and enjoy!
