Ingredients
3 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg 1 tsp Xanthan Gum (by SRHAMM) 1.5 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
Directions
Mix together the Almond Flour, egg and xanthan gum and set aside. In a microwave bowl put mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave until melted. Stir to combine then add to the flour mixture and mix and knead together until fully combined. Divide into three balls. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and shape the three balls into the form of bagels. Bake at 390 for 18 minutes Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seed if desired lightly spinkled on top. Slice in half when cool enough to handle.
