Fudge Brownie Pudding

Ingredients
1 c. whole wheat flour1/2 c. granulated sugar1/4 c. cocoa1 tsp. baking powder3/4 tsp. salt1/2 c. 2% milk2 T. melted butter1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. brown sugar, packed1/4 c. cocoa1 1/3 c. hot water
Directions
Mix together flour, sugar, 1/4 c. cocoa, baking powder, and salt.

Add milk, butter, and vanilla to dry mixture (it will be thick). Spread in 8" square pan.

Blend brown sugar and cocoa; spoon evenly over batter. Slowly pour hot water over batter. Don't stir. Carefully put in oven. Bake at 350 degrees until firm, approx. 45 minutes.

    Yum! I made these many years ago, but with all purpose flour. My siblings loved them then, and my husband and sons love them now. Thanks for posting this recipe.
    By the way, I do prefer using whole wheat flour. - 9/8/16
