Vegetable Kabobs

Ingredients
One each green, red, and yellow bell pepperOne medium zucchini5 mushroomsOne sweet Vidalia onion2 TB. Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
Directions
Cut all vegetables into 1/2 inch chunks or wedges. Mix in bowl with seasoning. Thread onto metal or soaked bamboo skewers and let sit for 1/2 hour.
Grill or broil until color shows on vegetables, approximately 10-15 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
