Ingredients
1 large Egg1Tbsp vinegar1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp dry mustard1/8 tsp paprika powder1 cup oil1 tablespoon lemon juice concentrate
Directions
In a blender put one large egg, 1 Tbsp vinegar, 1/2 teasoppon salt, 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard, and 1/8 teaspoon paprika.

Blend until mixed. With the blender still running, slowly gradually pour 1/2 cup olive oil into blender.

Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice concentrate and slowly gradually add another 1/2 cup of oil.
Makes about 1-1/4 cups Sugar Free Mayo.
Keep Refrigerated.
