Ingredients
16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .50 cup, chopped Onions, raw .50 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 clove Garlic 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and place in a meatloaf pan or form with hands. Cook in a 350 Degree oven for 1 hour.
