Skillet Monterey Chicken

Ingredients
16 oz Best Choice Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (frozen) 2 tbsp Olive Oil 3 tbsp Honey 3 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 9 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp Aldi Minced Garlic (by MSTONYA610) .25 cup (8 fl oz) Barbecue Sauce 1 cup Kraft 2% Natural Shredded Reduced Fat Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese (by JLS1973) 1 serving bacon, fully cooked Ready Crisp, 3 pieces (by KIMTIM2010) 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
Directions
In a large skillet add olive oil and salt and pepper the chicken. Cook the chicken on medium high heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until brown on each side and cooked until no longer pink in center. Remove chicken and set aside on a plate.

Add the honey, soy sauce, worchestershire sauce, garlic and salt to the skillet and bring to a simmer over medium high heat. Add the chicken back to the skillet and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Top with 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce, cheese, and smoked bacon. Continue to simmer until cheese melts. Garnish with green onions and tomato and serve immediately.
