Ingredients
2 cups or 4 Roma tomatoes1/3 cup plus 2 Tbsp White Onions1 1/2 Tbsp Jalapeno's3 Tbsp Dill Pickles1 1/2 Tbsp Cilantro leaf’s
Directions
Roma tomatoes; chopped fine, optional - put chopped tomatoes in paper towels to squeeze as much liquid out as possible (I did this for the wedding). White Onions, chopped fine. Jalapeno's, chopped fine. Dill Pickles, chopped fine (no juice). Cilantro; leafs only (pull off stem - throw stem away), chopped fine. Mix all together. For full flavor - allow to sit 24 hours (the people in my house can't wait that long).
