July 4th bubble gum smoothie

Ingredients
1 c. chopped apple1 mushy brown banana1.5 c. frozen unsweetened blueberries1.5 c. frozen unsweetened strawberries1 c. Lactaid fat-free milk (or regular milk OK)3/4 c. orange juice1 t. vanilla1/4 t ginger
Directions
place in blender and blend. (Best not to put all the ingredients in at once but perhaps in halves.)

We thought it tasted a little like bubble gum but yummier.

For a thinner smoothie, add some water.
