Curry Sausage gumbo

Ingredients
499 grams Italian Sausage, pork 300 grams Okra 0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 2 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 serving Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 1 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Prepare veggies (wash and cut) . Saute the garlic and onion in a pan until onion is soft . Add okra and toss for 2 minutes (at medium high) . Add tomato and both. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until okra is tender. Cook in the oven- grill the sausages. Serve sausage on veggies over squash spaghetti (not in calculations). Serving Size: 4 servings - 1 sausage per person
