Ingredients
150 gram(s) Penne Rigate Barilla (by MBELLABARBA) 7.5 serving Light thickened cream (1 serv= 20ml) (by OFEDEOZ) 310 grams Sweet Corn, Fresh 1 serving Peas, frozen 2/3 cup frozen C & W 1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 2 serving Lactose Free Cheese (by HIKAROO)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Cook the penne in salted boiling water for about 13-16 minutes
Drain and set aside
In a pan add a dash of oil and start cooking the chicken until golden brown .
remove and add the finely cut onion until its softened.
Add the cream and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes
then add the corn, peas, chicken, some cheese and season with salt and pepper.
cook for a few more minutes and then transfer the mixture into a baking dish and add the remaining cheese on top.
place under the oven for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown,
and then serve
