Basil-Thyme Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/4 cup basil leaves 2 sprigs thyme 3 cloves garlic1/2 cup balsamic vinegar2 tsp dijon mustard1 tbsp raw honey (can be omitted) 2/3 cup macadamia nut oil (or ev olive oil)
Directions
Place all ingredients, except oil, in a food processor and puree until smooth. With food processor running, slowly pour in the oil. Continue blending for 15 seconds to fully incorporate the oil (you can use olive oil as well) **Optional - 1 tbsp raw honey can be omitted Receipe by Daniel Walker, Against All Grain Serving Size: 1 tbsp
