0.75 cup Kirkland almond flour blanched (by DEECAKES34) (80 grams)170 gram Cheese - Mainland Mozzarella grated 100g (by JEANS4METOO) 1 oz Low Fat Neuchatel Cheese (Aldi's) (by LUVFASHION) 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 dash Salt 1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Mix almond flour, mozzarella, and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minutes. Stir. Microwave for another 30 seconds. Add egg, baking powder, and salt. Stir well to combine. Divide dough into six equal portions. Use a donut pan or make free-form bagels and put on pan. Top as desired (I use everything bagel seasoning). Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
