Ingredients
2 cup broccoli florets, frozen, great value 1 serving Breadcrumbs (Progresso/seasoned) 1/4 C. (28g) 1 tsp Onion powder 1.5 tsp Garlic powder 0.5 tsp Chili powder 0.5 tsp Paprika 2 serving sea salt, coarsley ground (1/8 tsp=0.5g) (by CHUCKLES0719) 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Thaw the broccoli, then mix dry ingredients, then put all in zip bag and shake/press to get crust to stick. Pan fry in olive oil, turning as each piece toasts.
