Pesto Spaghetti Squash Bake

3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw3.0 cup Spinach, fresh8.0 cup Spaghetti Squash6.0 plum tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes200.0 gram(s) Feta Cheese (Tre Stelle, light feta)6.0 serving Mezzetta Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives (4 olives in a serving)9.0 tbsp PC Splendido Basil Pesto
Directions
Cook the spaghetti squash. Mix all ingredients and place in a 3 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes to an hour. Serving Size: Makes 8 servings (1-1.5 cup servings, depending on the size of the squash)
