Ingredients
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 14 oz Eckrich Polska Keilbasa, Pork,Turkey,Beef 1.5 tsp Cool Runnings Meat Seasoning (.5 tsp / 1 gr) 185 grams Asparagus, fresh 740 grams Zucchini 14 oz Shrimp, raw
Directions
1) In a large bowl add the shrimp, sausage, zucchini, asparagus. Add olive oil and seasoning and toss until coated.
2) You might have to do this in 2 batches ... add to a large skillet and turn to medium high. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the shrimp is pink and the vegetables are tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
