Ingredients
2 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 8 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Melt coconut oil. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Top should be golden and tester should come out clean.
