32 gram Cacao Powder 2 tbsp Viva Labs - Coconut Flour (organic) (by PYRGOMACHE) 3 serving Brown Egg Organic Kirkland (by LLSTRAUB) 0.25 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) 2.5 serving Erythritol 1/4 Cup (by CYBERGRANNY1) 0.75 cup Butter, unsalted 2 square (1 oz) Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares 16 gram(s) Cream Cheese, Trader Joes (by NAPPYHEADED) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl
2. Melt butter and chocolate together.
3. In a separate bowl beat eggs, erythritol, cream cheese and vanilla together with a hand mixer on low speed
4. Slowly mix butter and chocolate mixture to egg mixture. Make sure the mixture is slightly cool so that you don’t scramble the eggs
5. Mix the dry ingredients in batches to the chocolate mixture. Do not over work.
6. Pour into a nonstick brownie pan and bake at 325 for 45 minuets. Enjoy!
