0.5 stick Butter, salted4.0 oz Cream Cheese1.0 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions, raw2.5 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes1.5 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend1.5 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend0.5 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese4.0 oz Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar Cheese2.0 oz PIckled Jalapenos6.0 cup Birds eye riced cauliflower3.0 tbsp Hellman's Mayo
Directions
Cook cauliflower, dice veggies, melt butter. Mix all. Add jalapeno and cheese. Melt and top with more cheese. Microwave. Serving Size: Makes six servings
