1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 medium Cucumber (peeled) 1 serving Pero Family Farms Mini Sweet Peppers svg 3 peppers 1.5 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano) .5 tsp Granulated Sugar
Directions
Add a little water to the vinegar. no cooking required. chop/slice ingredients and marinate at least half an hour. videlia onions preferred. add salt/pepper to taste. celery seeds also good.
