Ingredients
16 tbsp Chosen Foods Avocado Oil 16 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 1 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp 1 tsp Dry mustard or Mustard Powder (by CHUCKLES0719) 1 tsp Salt 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
Directions
Use an immersion blender, also called a stick blender and a quart size Mason jar.
Eggs should be room temperature.
Add all ingredients to quart size Mason jar and blend starting at the bottom and using an up-and-down motion to incorporate all ingredients. Takes 30 to 60 seconds to blend.
