Ingredients
2 pounds-Lean ground beef8 cup uncooked-Minute Rice5 cup -Salsa
Directions
Cook Ground Beef, in another large pot prepare Minute Rice according to instructions. Once the Ground Beef is cooked add Salsa, simmer until Rice is ready. Than combine Ground Beef and Salsa mixture to the rice, making sure it is evenly blended. Serve at once. Makes approximately 16 - 1 cup servings
