Veggie and Cheese Spread

Ingredients
1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped1/2 sweet onion, finely chopped1 small tomato, finely chopped2 TBS jalapeno pepper, finely chopped2 TBS dill pickle, finely chopped1 TBS capers1/2 TBS coursely ground black pepper1 tsp dried tarragon leaves1 tsp dried dill weed1/2 TBS fennel seed1/2 cup fat free sour cream1 pkg (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese
Directions
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Serve with crackers or toast or use as sandwich spread. May be thinned with a little more sour cream to use as a dip.
