3 serving Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.125 tsp Nutmeg, ground 0.1 fruit without seeds Lemons
We used the peel of 1 of 3 apples. Peel and cut the apples, toss all the ingredients into a pot and cook on high, bring to boil, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove the lemon and mash away to the consistency you desire.
