300 grams Broccoli, fresh 1 small Onions, raw 45 grams Butter, salted 40 grams Heba 145 gram(s) Cathedral City Mature Cheddar 50 grams Chicken stock, home-prepared 250 grams Roasting Chicken, light meat 110 grams Cream Long Life Woolworths
Directions
1. Cut Broccoli 2. Melt butter 3. Add sliced onions and cook 10mins 4. Add broccoli and cook 5mins 5. Sprinkle heba over 6. Gradually add chicken stock and simmer 10mins 7. Add cream and seasoning 8. Simmer 15mins 9. Add water to preference Serving Size: Makes 8 300ml servings
