Tapioca coconut mango pudding

Ingredients
3 tbsp Tapioca club house 250 gram(s) Coconut Water with Pulp (Grace) 2 cup Almond Breeze - Coconut 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp pure vanilla 1 Mangos
Directions
In a large heavy saucepan, whisk together all ingredients except for mango. Let stand for 5 minutes. Slowly bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and whisk constantly for another 12 minutes. Add the mango (chopped finely). . Pour in ramequins and cool for 2 hours before serving
