Mom's Potato Salad

Ingredients
16 tbsp Hellmann's Mayonaise .25 cup Granulated Sugar .25 cup Cider Vinegar 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup (about 23 slices) Dill Pickles 12 serving Egg white, large 1 tsp Mustard Powder, Dried Spice - 1 tsp ggg (by MG7_FIT) 3 cup diced Potato, raw
Directions
Boil and cool potatoes. (Must be completly cool). Chop eggwhites, celery, onions, dill pickles and mix into cooled potatoes. In seperate bowl, mix sugar and vinegar until disolved. Mix in mustard. Then add Mayo. Mixture will be soupy. Pour into potato's, stir gently. Regrigerate at least 4 hours (Better even over night)
