Banana French Toast

Ingredients
2 large eggs1 extra small Banana (less than 6" long)1/2 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract2 tsp Cinnamon, ground6 slices Sara Lee 100% Mufti- Grain Bread, 45 calorie & delightful bread
Directions
Blend first 5 ingredients. Pour mix into wide bowl. Heat griddle. Melt a little butter on griddle (not included in nutritional count). Dip bread in mixture; cook until golden brown (about 2 min. or less ,each side). Optional - sprinkle more cinnamon if desired. Top with your favorite toppings and or syrup. 2 slices per serving.
