1.25 serving Walnut halves (14 halves) (18 halves)4 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 1/4 Stevia 1 square Baker's unsweetened baking chocolate bar 1 tsp Coconut Oil 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
In a pot add 4 ounces of heavy whipping cream and stevia and bring to a boil. Keep stirring constantly. The mixture will get heavier the longer it boils. When it feels looks thicker take off the stove and add 1/2 tsp vanilla. Add walnuts to caramel and mix them well, making sure that each gets fully covered with caramel.
Place each half on the parchment paper.
Melt 1 tsp of coconut oil with one square of chocolate and melt. Take off the heat and add a 1/2 tsp of stevia and mix well. Pour chocolate over the walnuts halfs.
Let cool and viola!!
Serving Size: Makes 18 turtles. 1 is a serving.
