3.0 tbsp Hoisin Sauce1.0 cup, sliced Onions, raw2.0 medium Zucchini, baby14.0 oz Tofu, Extra Firm, Nasoya3.0 tbsp House of Tsang - Szechuan Stir Fry Sauce2.0 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper)
Directions
Drain tofu, crisp in oven, stir fry veggies seperately, add sauce and toss all ingredients together. Serving Size: Makes five 1 cup servings
