grain and whole wheat pancakes

1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour 180 gram Oatmeal Flour 1 oz (by NVRGIVINGUP) 2 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt 20 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 serving Motts Cinnamon Applesauce (single serve snack cup=4 oz) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tbsp Honey Granules (by TT7542) .5 cup, chopped Walnuts .5 cup, sliced Almonds
Directions
mix all dry ingredients, blend all wet ingredients, add cinnamon and nutmeg, if desired and chop nut finely and add last. cook on hot griddle.
