Carne Picada & Vegetables

Ingredients
3 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1.5 cup, sliced Zucchini 1 serving Red Bell Pepper (Peppers, sweet, red, raw) (USDA) (1 small, 74 g) (by TRILLIANTOO) 1 serving Mini sweet yellow peppers (1 small) (by CHYNADAHLL) 3 serving Mini sweet orange peppers (1 small) (by CHYNADAHLL) 2 tbsp Olive Oil 24 oz carne picada (by STRWBERRY5) 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw 1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 6 tbsp Avacado - 1 tbs
Directions
Cook Onions in oil. Add Zucchii, grated carrot, peppers. Cook for 15 minutes on a medium heat. Add the Carne Piccada and cook for another 20 minutes. Add the mushrooms, cook for 15 minutes more, stirring often. Serve topped with a little Avacado and or sour cream to taste!
