Ingredients
1.0 tsp Ginger, ground6.0 packet Teriyaki Sauce (1 tbsp)1.0 cup (1/2" slices) Bamboo shoots, cooked1.0 tsp Garlic8.0 oz Beef, round steak6.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.5 cup Bean sprouts3.0 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce3.0 serving Season's Choice Prince Edward Medley (3/4 cup)2.0 tbsp organic coconut flour2.0 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked
Directions
Marinate beef in soy, teriyaki sauce and garlic. Heat veggies. Add bamboo shoots. Heat wok. Cook meat until all done, add remaining veggies. Bring to a boil. Add coconut flour. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Serving Size: 1/5 of mixture
