Kathy's Southern Fried Salmon Patties

Ingredients
14 oz Pink Salmon, Chicken of the Sea, skinless/boneless, chunk style in water 8 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 6 tbsp Alber's Yellow Corn Meal 0.6 gram old bay 1/4 tsp .6g (by LOUIEB1) 3 tbsp Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light 0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend olive 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Flake salmon into bowl, combine, onion flour, cornmeal, egg, old bay, mrs dash to salmon and mix well. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in large skillet, form mixture into patties and cook till brown on each side, then drain on paper towl
