1 serving Shitake Mushrooms (4 mushrooms, 72 grams) 1 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 132 grams Onions, raw 2 tsp minced garlic - jar (by HROTHGAR950) 2 fl oz White Wine 142 grams Spinach, fresh
melt smart balance with the olive oil. Add onions and mushrooms, cook and stir until onions turn light brown and mushrooms have given up all their juices. Add garlic , spinach & wine. Cook until wine evaporates. serve over Ravioli , or chicken or fish.
