Mongolian Beef

Ingredients
1 Tbl dark sesame oil2 tsp minced garlic4 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces1 lb flank steak, trimmed and cit crosswise into thin strips1/4 c water2 Tbl lite soy sauce4 tsp cornstarch2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes2 tsp brown sugar
Directions
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add garlic & green onions and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently. Add beef and cook 5 minutes until beef is browned, stirring frequently.


While beef cooks, combine water and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over beef and cook 1-2 minutes until sauce is thickened and beef is cooked through.
