Potato Salad

Ingredients
4 potato (2-1/2" dia, sphere) Boiled potatoes 3 large Hard Boiled Egg 2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 oz Radish, Fresh .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 2 tsp Paprika 1 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 1 tbsp Mustard, Yellow, Dried (by FIRSTFERRET)
Directions
Cut potatoes into small pieces. Boil potatoes, drain and cool. Boil eggs, drain, cool, and peel. Slice eggs. In large bowl, mix with chopped vegetables and seasonings. Add mayo to preference. Add salt and pepper to taste.
