Chocolate Avocado Cake

.25 cup Coconut Flour .25 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened .25 cup Monkfruit Sweetener Classic White .5 tsp Baking Soda .75 tsp Baking Powder 3 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted .5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1. Stir together all dry ingredients
2. Mash avocado until smooth
3. Stir together avocado and wet ingredients
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until combine - add a little water if batter is too stiff
5. Spray 8x8 pan with baking spray
6. Pour batter into prepared pan
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
