Filling Vegetarian Pasta Bake!

ucchini, .5 cup, sliced Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices Sauce, Prego Marinara Sauce, 0.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1/4 cupOregano, ground, 1 tbspPepper, black, 1 tbsp Cooked whole Wheat pasta, .5 cup
-Preheat the oven to about 375 Degrees
-Cut the vegetables, place in a tupperware with lid.
-Add the herbs (this is to your taste)
-Give the tupperware a good shake to coat the veggies
-Get a small casserole dish (this recipe makes about one hearty serving) - I used a Pyrex glass individual sized oven safe dish.
-Spread a small amount of spaghetti suace on the bottom.
-Alternate layering pasta, veggies, sauce, cheese
-Make sure top layer is cheese!
-Cook for about 15-20 minutes until cheese is golden brown. May need to give it a quick stir and put back in the oven to cook through evenly! Great for the toaster oven!
