Coleslaw with Greek Yogurt (1/2c srvg)

Ingredients
6 1/4 cups Coleslaw blend (Cabbage and Carrot Blend)1/2 Cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt3.5 TBSP Red Wine3T Granulated Sugar1 tsp Salt 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Used Bagged coleslaw mix (16oz, abt 6.25 cups) or shred your own cabbage and carrots.

1) In a small bowl mix yogurt, vinegar, sugar salt and pepper until smooth
2) Place slaw blend in a large bowl. Pour yogurt mixture over top. Stir to coat.
3) Cover and refrigerate at least 30 mins.
