* Egg, fresh, 1 large * Allspice, 0.13 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, 0.75 tsp * Ginger, ground, 0.25 tsp * Nutmeg, ground, 0.25 tsp * Salt, 0.25 tsp * Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.25 cup * Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.50 cup * Baking Powder, 1.50 tsp * Baking Soda, 0.50 tsp * Flour, white, 3 cup * Kroger Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter, 4 tbsp * egg white, fresh, 4 large *Granulated Sugar, .75 cup
Directions
Makes approx. 20 slices. Add according to bread machine instructions, be sure to beat the eggs though.
Use natural creamy peanut butter, not crunchy.

    Nov. 6/09 I used a Cuisinart CBK-200C at menu setting 7(quick bread/cake) = 2:08. I did take it out with 30 minutes to go - it was done. (Maybe even sooner next time). Sampled it - YUMMY! I've eaten two pieces before it has even left the hosue! I will make this again. - 11/6/09
