Ingredients
12 large Egg white, fresh 7 serving Heat & Serve Original Sausage - Breakfast Best (Aldi) - 3 links 1 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned 3 cup Breakstone's 4% Cottage Cheese, large curd 2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp saltPepper to taste Onion powder to taste
Directions
Chop frozen sausage links. Combine all ingredients and bake in 350F oven in well greased 9 x 13 pan for 55-60 min or until set
